SHIPPING POLICY
Thank you for visiting and shopping at The Fencing Warehouse. The following information sets out the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Processing your Order, An email confirmation is sent to your e-mail address after placing your order. Please keep this e-mail as proof of your purchase.
Shipment Processing Time: Processing time refers to the time it takes for us to prepare your order for shipping. After your payment is authorised and verified, all orders are processed within 24 hours during business days. We will contact you if, for some reason, there are any delays. However, some orders may ship within as few as 3 and some may take up to 6.
Shipment Locations: Domestic Only, The Fencing Warehouse does not ship internationally at this time. We ship domestic only - anywhere in the Sydney metro area and the South Coast. We can organise smaller items to be shipped with Australia post for additional fees.
Shipping Restrictions: Our company does ship to both commercial and domestic addresses. Shipment rates and delivery estimates depend on different factors. We endeavour to get your order to you as soon as possible. Once your order is placed, you will be contacted by a member of the sales team to arrange a delivery time. delivery time commences from the date of shipment, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Estimated arrival dates are not always guaranteed. Weather delays and other unforeseen circumstances may impact delivery time. This rarely, if ever happens, Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfil your order on the day that is organised. Our Standard Shipping practice the order will arrive within 5 - 6 business days after being processed.
Please note: Business day means Monday to Friday, except holidays. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays
The date of delivery may vary due to, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. We will not be responsible for the wrong shipping address if you provide incorrect information. If you give us the wrong address, if we are unable to safely unload or if you are not present when required and we need to return the materials for any reason and cancel the delivery and it is not The Fencing Warehouse's fault, you will incur a new delivery fee for a second delivery.
Damages or Missing Items: If there is any damage to the products or any products missing from your order on delivery, contact us immediately at (02) 9792 3222 with your order number and photos of the products/materials.
